The Company encourages anyone who becomes aware of breaches of national or European Union laws or regulations that may harm the public interest or the integrity of the Company (hereinafter referred to as “violations”) to report them in order to:
- ensure the proper implementation of the Company’s Organisation, Management and Control Model and all internal procedures;
- prevent the commission of further violations;
- address and stop any ongoing violations;
- apply disciplinary measures against those responsible for violations.
Although it is desirable that reports be made, in the first instance, to one’s direct supervisor, it may also be appropriate or necessary to report violations through other channels, particularly where the supervisor is unable to act appropriately, is affected by a conflict of interest, or where the reporting person fears retaliation.
For reports concerning violations identified within the reporting person’s work-related context, where the reporting person wishes to benefit from the protections provided under Legislative Decree No. 24/2023, the dedicated internal reporting channels must be used.
